“The house is clean. It is VERY OLD, tho. At least one of the showers has low water pressure. Justin is an excellent host. He answered every question. We enjoyed the fire pit/grill. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together. And the kitchen had lots of equipment. Great for large groups. Very comfortable if you've been out on the trails all day. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, so we didn't go out after dark. Overall, an EXCELLENT place to stay.”

“House was very large with plenty of bedrooms for our group of 15. We came to Williamson to go riding and the trailhead was very close to the house. Overall, we had a good weekend. Only issue was the grill was moldy and had no propane tanks.”

“I love coming to Williamson and working with the community. Jason is great about getting back when you message him. The house was not quite clean when I got there but Jason made sure it got taken care of.”

“Justin was very responsive and the house was huge! Pros: Plenty of beds and parking Close to trail entrances Lots of bathrooms Close to town for stores and restaurants Cons: Propane tanks were missing for grill (Host offered to reimburse me if I bought them) Hot tub was removed from listing & inoperative (still charged full price) A/C system on the upper levels weren’t working when we arrived & part of the fence next to the porch had collapsed. One of the beds had dried up dirt between the sheets. There were no checkout instructions for what to do with towels, sheets, etc.. All in all a decent house. Definitely on the more expensive side of rentals and was unfortunately let down when we saw the hot tub was removed from the listing. That was a key feature for us and to not even be offered a tiny discount was a little frustrating.”

“We had to cancel our trip due to the flooding but we have stayed there before and will again. I was very impressed with how quickly Justin responded to all my questions leading up to the trip and my distress as we realized the situation was quite dire. We will definitely be back - as soon as we can!”

“Beautiful house and great host! Our only issue during the stay was the water heater. They had updated, but it had constant problems and they had to reset. Had 11 women there during a film shoot and they were not appreciative of the cold showers. Host was very responsive and would reset remotely, but then would take a while to heat back up.”

“For our group of 13 men who were in town to ride dirtbikes on the Hatfield and Mccoys trail system. The house was perfect. Plenty of beds and baths. Towels were plentiful. Outside was great spot for parking dirtbikes and gathering around the campfire in the evenings. Lots of chairs out there. Hot water went out 2 times, Justin was very responsive and had fixed quickly. There was no gas for gas grill, 2 empty tanks, we had brought a bunch of steaks and did not get to cook them. Hot tub in pics not working. Would have been nice after a long day of trail riding. Would stay here again!”
